Timberfest Committee
The Grant County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors along with other community volunteers make up the Timberfest Committee. The Timberfest Committee is responsible for planning, organizing and directing Timberfest. Timberfest is an annual festival which reflects on the impact that the Timber industry has on our community. Timberfest planning begins during January of each year and the Committee begins having monthly planning meetings in April of each year. During the planning stages, the committee discuss’ plans and confirms all activities, events, sponsorship and operations of each aspect of the festival. Timberfest is a festival filled with fun, food, games, activities and the Arkansas State Lumberjack Competition. Timberfest is held the first week-end of October annually on the Grant County Court Square. We invite everyone to come and join us for a week-end of family activities including a pageant, punt pass & kick, bow shoot, horseshoe tournament, arts & crafts & much more.
Membership Committee
“To build new and strengthen existing member relationships within and beyond Grant County.”
Executive Committee
This committee is composed of the President, Vice President, Past Presidents, Treasurer, Executive Director, and any other board member that the Board of Directors deems appropriate. The Executive Committee has the power to act on behalf of the Board of Directors when circumstances do not permit a matter to be handled at a meeting of the Board of Directors.
Scholarship Committee
"A committee consisting of Board Members that will review each scholarship application and vote on the recipients. An awards dinner is given for the recipients' and their family."

Ambassadors Committee
Ambassadors are special people! They represent Grant County and are goodwill representatives for the Grant County Chamber of Commerce. Ambassadors are usually the most outgoing, pro-active employees in their company. They project a positive image for the company they represent as well as for the Chamber. Ambassadors perform a wide variety of duties in the Chamber, but their main function is to help promote the Chamber, welcome new members to the Chamber and make Chamber events successful and enjoyable for our members.
