Amusement Vendor
Amusement Vendors interested in Timberfest must email your information to gccc@windstream.net
Please included information on your amusement, operating license & proof of insurance if required, space and/or electrical requirements
Concessionaire Vendor
Concessions applications for 2024 Timberfest are now open. We give consideration to last years' vendors first.
If you would like to put on our waiting list for Timberfest,
please email a menu, copy of your license and insurance plus your contact information to:

TIMBERFEST CRAFT BOOTH VENDORS
Deposit is required and will be returned to you on Saturday night.
Completed application and payment must be sent in or your application will not be processed. These are booths for craft, packaged food, or promotional services. If you sell fresh made food or drinks, you are considered a concessionaire and must send in your information to be considered. Please see about listing for Concessions vendor.
